I am almost 5 months postpartum. One day I went to the bathroom but did not look before flushing. After washing my hands, I reached for a paper towel and noticed a light red blood wipe on a tissue on the floor near the toilet. It was larger than a gris. Early that day, I had also noticed a small amount of what seemed dried reddish bit of color on my black underwear, but I did not have any further staining or bleeding afterward, and it never developed into a flow.
I completed shivah nekiyim and went to the mikvah.
Since this never became a flow and appeared to be only a stain, do I establish or continue keeping a veses based on this incident?
