Question:
Is it ok for girls to sing outside in a bungalow colony, in the hallways of a hotel/motel, in a סוכה, in an elevator, or on public transportation….?
Answer:
Hello,
Girls should not sing in places where men can hear them. Therefore, it depends on each individual situation. It depends on whether there are men in the bungalow colony, or on that side of the bungalow colony at that time. The same applies to a hotel. If it is rented out to a girls' school for Shabbos, they can sing there, but not if it is meant for the general public. The same applies to the rest of your examples.
Best wishes
Is a pool area or a gazebo ok to sing in?
Are there men in the area who will hear you?
Will they hear me singing from outside of it?
It depends on how loudly you are singing.
