If I have a non-Jewish secretary who has to work a certain number of hours a week and she makes them up on shabbos, is that an issue if she is paid per hour and sechir yom?

Although the pay is calculated based on hours worked, she is hired to work a specific number of hours per week and can schedule them whenever she wants. She is considered a kablan and may technically work on Shabbos if it is not in your home, etc. However, it is preferable to state that you don’t want her working on Shabbos.
