Hi, I rented a room for a outing on the listing it said

The spa facilities feature a heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, shower, and bathroom

I arrived i didn't see i didn't see a jacuzzi so they told me the pool has jets and this is the jacuzzi what they wrote from my end i excepted to see a separate jacuzzi with hot water and jets not a pool with warm water what also has jets, do they need to give me a partial refund as they didn't provide what they wrote?

You can tell them that you feel fooled, that the advertising tactic in your opinion was dishonest, and that you want a partial discount. We can't say they need to give you a partial refund until after hearing what they have to say and seeing the exact wording of the ad..
