Shliach Tzibbur after one has already davened

Question:

Can one be a Shliach Tzibbur for a minyan if he had Davened already?
If yes, is this L'Chatchila or B'dieved (for example there is no one else to Daven)?
Also, is there any difference if it is Shachris, Mincha, or Mussuf?

Hello,

If there is no one else to daven, then he may be the chazan even if he already davened. However, he can only say kaddish, borchu, and chazoras hashatz for them, but not from after borchu until chazoras hashatz, since he is not being motzei them with this, and he already davened. Regarding Maariv, the same rules apply with the exception that he may only say borchu, as he isn’t davening the rest and not saying chazoras hashatz. See sources.
