You should look in a good siddur with an English translation so you can familiarize yourself with the three tefillos. But in short, in the morning we have the daily brachos that we say. Then there is Pesulei d’zimra (portions taken mostly from Tehillim), which are praises to Hashem. They start with Boruch Sheamar and end with the paragraph Yishtabach sihimcha. Then we say two long blessings before reciting Shema, and another one after that. Then we say the main part of the prayer, which is the Shemona Esrei. After that, the men say Tachanun, Ashrei uva l’tzion, the Yom (a paragraph of Tehillim that was recited in the Bais Hamikdash, with a different paragraph for each day of the week), and Aleinu (the order depending on different customs).
For Mincha, we start with Ashrei, then Shemona Esrei, Tachanun, and Aleinu.
For Maariv, we say two brachos before reciting the Shema, and two brachos after that, then Shemona Esrei and Aleinu.
