Basically, there are three blessings you wouldn't say. For "al netilas yodayim," however, the poskim say that if one used the bathroom and wiped oneself, then after that one may say the blessing when reciting "ashrei yotzar." You also wouldn't say "Elokai Nitzor," as you haven't regained your soul. The third is "Birkas Hatorah," which is a bit controversial whether it should be said or not. If possible, listen to someone say the blessing, respond with "amen," and then recite the appropriate verses, such as "Yivorechicha." Alternatively, when saying "Ahava Rabba" (or "Ahavas Olam"), keep in mind that it's for "Birkas Hatorah," and after davening, make sure to learn something right away to fulfill the mitzvah.
