I used a pareve knife to cut dairy cinnamon roll dough that had spices mixed into it. The spices included ginger, lemon peel, cloves, and cinnamon. Would these spices make the dough a dvar charif and the knife now become dairy? Thank you!

The spices in the dough will not make it a davar charif unless the overall taste is sharp, which it isn't. Therefore, the knife is still pareve.
