Are you allowed to take your full sealed bin bags through your sukka to get outside to your wheely bin?
Answer:
Essentially not, as the Aruch Hashulchan (639-4) writes, that the general rule is that whatever you wouldn't keep in a ballroom, when you are meant to be enjoying yourself (like during a wedding) should not be brought into the sukkah. If you don't have another viable option, then it would be permitted.
