Question:
Is there a problem of kedushas sukkah,
1) if someone who commonly wets the bed sleeps in the sukkah.
2) Someone who usually sleeps in just his underwear, can he sleep like that in the sukkah?
Answer:
- The sukkah should be cleaned up ASAP afterward; however, the person may sleep in the sukkah, as this is tashvu kein taduru.
- Without getting into the general tznius factor here, although one should be properly dressed in the sukkah, nevertheless he should still sleep in the sukkah.
