I found a “zikui” receipt from bar kol on the floor for 20 shekels.
It doesn’t have a name or credit card info on it – do I return it to the store or I’m allowed to keep it?

A zikuy is not personal, and it can be handed from one person to another (it can be considered a type of mamrani document).
Therefore, as long as there are no identifying marks you can keep it for yourself (the store will not allow the person owning the zikuy to claim it without the receipt [and if they do it is their loss]).
