If I have fruit ices in a bowl on Shabbos can I pour in a lot of sugar and mix it to sweeten the ices or this would be a problem of losh? thank you

Hello,
You are asking an interesting question, it is true that the that the sugar might make the ices thicker, however since the sugar is going to dissolve, losh won’t be applicable here. If you are concerned about it, n the worst event you can pour the sugar on to the ices[1], (as it is thick and the sugar isn’t going to seep into it), and then mix it with a shinui. Mix it using criss-cross motions, or put the ices and sugar into a container, close it and shake the container[2] to mix the ices, as this is also considered a valid shinui.
