Hello,
Regarding mixing mayonnaise with prepared horseradish, some Poskim say that it is permitted to mix without[1] any shinui, since it is similar to adding more liquid to the horseradish. Other Poskim[2] say that it should be mixed with a shinui. It should be noted that if a large amount is added, so that the pieces[3] of horseradish are not bound to each other, but “floating” in the mayonnaise, it is not losh and may be mixed without any shinui.
