Answer:
You can look in Nimukei Yosef Moed Katan 28a, who brings a Yerushalmi moed Katan 3-7 who says this "נולד בן זכר במשפחה נתרפה כל המשפחה". It is also brought in the Tur and Shulchan Aruch Y:D 394-4.
