Is it an halachic problem do add Wikipedia to the white list of my filter since it has apikorsus and secular knowledge etc. Is it an issue to own such books?

It is hard to say that it is a clear halachic problem. However if it is a site that has problematic content of apikorsus, then it should not be automatically whitelisted, even though it does have a lot of practical information. There are a number of filters that don’t allow Wikipedia and it isn’t automatically on their white list for this reason, This is especially true if you feel this way.
