Are we concerned that the bodies are still there or can we assume that over time the water move the bodies away or that they decayed?

My apologies that I didn’t get back to you. From the aspect of being a kohen, it is fine for you to go on the cruise. There is no need to worry that there are some bones that didn’t disintegrate or get washed away in the last 80 years. Besides we don’t even know if there were Jews on the boats, and if the cruise is actually going over the wreckage. therefore it is no problem.
