Unless I am not understanding your question properly, if the other person gives you the money when you swipe the card, you are not lending them anything, as the money was paid for at the time that you gave it. Besides, the fact that even if the person paid you back a few days later, they did not give you back anything more than what they received, therefore it would not be ribbis.
