  1. why? after the bridge u are back in a makom yishuv – within a parsa of yishuv no more bracha

    • See O:CH 110-7, and M:B 29,30. We say tefilas haderech after traveling 70 amos out of the city, and it can be said until the person is within a parsa of the place that he is planning to rest, not because there is another city along the way. The reason for this is because he is still in danger.
