disposing of item properly

Question:

BH Thank you so much for your help
My question is: If a persons name (for example: Daniel) has a reference to one of G-d’s names: (E—-l), is it ok for this person to dispose of english text of their own name? For example if a bill is addressed to Daniel, can he discard that bill/ stationary in the regular garbage, or does this hold any kedusha when written in English? Thank you.

Answer:

Thank you for your question.

Names of people that have a reference to H-shem in them may be disposed of in the regular way and they are not considered like holy books. The reason is because it is clear that it is the name of a person and not H-shem.

Best wishes
