I know Rosh Chodesh is two days this month but I get confused about when the customs apply. For those who refrain from laundry on Rosh Chodesh, is it still permitted Wednesday during the day?

Hello,
the custom applies to both days of Rosh Chodesh, however this month Rosh Chodesh is Thursday and Friday, therefore Wednesday afternoon is not yet Rosh Chodesh and there is no problem with women doing laundry then.
