My question is that my sister’s behavior and actions are not in the direction of what Hashem wants and she is always lying and not accepting responsibility and always causes stress to my father with her behavior and her fiance. I wanted to know if I should avoid talking and hanging out with the this ignorance person? please help me thanks.

The direction of your question is clear, that you look at your sister in very negatively. On the other hand I don’t have enough real information, about who you and your sister are, to responsibly answer you.
In general though, if you feel that someone is a negative influence on you, then you can avoid them. On the other hand, it should be done with tact, and in a way that the person will not be insulted or hurt. But to reiterate, I don’t know enough of your situation to give you a clear answer.
