I was wondering if there was any grounds to take govenors of a school to Beis Din for denying a child entry to the school with no reason. Various govenors and bad hachinuch have even refused to meet with the parents or listen to other Rabbonim to find out what the family is like and whether they are suited for the school. The school has entrance criteria which they regularly break and enforce depending on who they want and don’t want. I a, sure the situation is familiar to you.
Is there grounds I Beis din for such a case

If one fells that he has been treated unfairly or unjustly he always has the right to go to a din Torah.
