i know someone who is willing to sell me a book at a discount (that he doesn’t do for normal people)
I need the books only for a short period of time and i know someone else who will need it after me.
May i have my friend purchase it “under my name” so he get the discount and we will both share it?
Answer:
Because the book is for your use, and you do need it, I don’t see any problem in the fact that somebody else will also be benefiting.
It the purchase would be exclusively for him, it would of course not be permitted to do this.
