Kohanim receive many matanos, including terumah, maaser, challah, reishis ha-gez, sedeh achuzah (a field that a person is makdish and does not redeem it until yovel), three parts of every non-kodshim animal that is slaughtered (zero’a, lechayayim, keivah), pidyon ha-ben, pidyon peter chamor, charamin, and gezel ha-ger.
Threre are also matanos from sacrifices that the kohen receives, to be eaten either in the mikdash or in Jerusalem.
