A bakery that has a sort of conveyor belt oven where the breads and challas are baked was found on the inside of the passage way (going into the oven) at the end of the baking day 3 bugs (however of course no bugs found or identified immediately in the challas. Although 100s of not 1000s were baked…) What’s the din on all the breads baked that day?

The halachah of being concerned for bugs after finding three of them refers to three bugs in a certain food. In this case, it appears that there would not be any need for concern.
