May a man daven straight through krias hatorah, in order to avoid missing zman tefilla?
Does he need to go to a later minyan to hear waht he missed?
Answer:
If one will miss zman tefilla he should daven through krias haTorah. Krias Hatorah is a "chovas tzibbur" a communal responsibility, so if one davens in his regular minyan and misses it he would have no obligation to attend another minyan to make it up. However for many who don't daven in a set minyan each week, if there is another minyan readily available, and it is not difficult, he should make up the krias haTorah with that minyan.
