Is their a problem of "yain nesech" in a e-liquid that one of the flavours is Grape flavour, to inhale via an e-cigarette.

It is hard to answer you without knowing the specifics of what you are talking about. In general though according to the kashrus experts that I have consulted with, e-cigarettes should have a hechsher. If it does, the hechsher will take care of this issue.
