What are the minimum requirements for the main material in the begged of a tallis gadol (not asking about the corners, but rather the rest of the begged)? Could the begged be made of “fishnet”, for instance?

My assumption is that you are asking regarding the size of the holes in the garment. According to some poskim,) Lehoros Nossan 2-2, Piskei Teshuvos 8 ftnt. 11) if the holes are large enough that the person’s skin can be seen thru it, then the holes are too large. Oz Nidberu 7-53 argues on this, nevertheless the holes in the picture that you sent would be considered too large.
