Hi! My Sukkah is in my privately owned, fenced in backyard not shared with anyone. If I begin having a glass of water or other snack and run inside for a minute, do I need to make a new bracha when I return? Also, if I start in my house and want to continue eating/drinking in the Sukkah, or vice versa do I need to make a new bracha? Thank you!

Thank you for your question.
In your situation, since it is a privately-owned property, and fenced in, you would not have to make bracha achrona when going from the house to the succah or vise-versa. The reason is because since the whole area is privately owned and fenced in, the succah on succos is considered like another room of the house. Therefore, the same way that when a person goes from one room to another in their house the person does not have to make a bracha achrona and another bracha rishona. So too from the succah to the “other rooms” in the house, one would not have to make another bracha.

ולענין עם הסוכה נחשב בחדר בתוך הבית או כמו מבית לחצר ע”ש בשערי הברכהפ”ט סע’ י”ז מש”כ שם, ומחבר הספר הרב שטיצברג שליט”א אמר לי בענינינו כיון שהסוכה נמצאת בשטח פרטי וגם יש לו גדר שנחשב לא’ לחדרי בית לסוכות.,
