Hello,
The liquid bandage is not an issue regarding healing on Shabbos, because it isn’t healing the wound, rather protecting it. Nevertheless it sholuld not be used on Shabbos or Yom Tov for a different reason. The liquid that is applied is meant to change to a solid, which can be molid. Additionally, when applying it, it is causing it to form into a bandage, which wasn’t here beforehand, which might be makeh b’patish.
