Is a Shecheyanu said the first time a kallah lights Shabbos candles?

Hello,
Although it is a very special time, when the kallah lights her candles for the first time, however according to many poskim, since it isn’t a mitzva that comes from time to time, rather it applies every Shabbos, therefore she shouldn’t say shehechiyanu on it. However, if she is lighting her candles on her new expensive candlesticks, or if she is wearing a new, expensive dress that she put on for the first time for Shabbos sheva brachos, then she should make shehechiyanu on them and have in mind to include her lighting the candles for the first time.
It should be obvious, that a girl who lit candles regularly before getting married would surely not make a shehechiyanu.
