We run a home/office cleaning service. One of the clients claims that the cleaner (our employee) caused scratches on his windows while trying to remove stickers from the glass. The client asked for the stickers to be removed and supplied the tool to be used ( a razor blade with a handle). The client asked that we repair the damage before he pays us for the cleaning.
