In reference to getting a parent dressed or undressed and attending to personal needs what is the din for a son helping his ailing mother?

This is also fine, where necessary.

Although we are of course generally careful not to see parents’ private areas, it is permitted to do so where there is a need for taking care of them. Please see here for more details.

The issue of hirhurim will of course not, in general, apply to such circumstances.

Best wishes.
