Whats better for the departed person; having someone learn Mishnayos, or setting up a Free loan gemach?
Answer:
Sometimes two ideas cannot really be measured against one another.
Although the virtue of learning Mishnayos is well known, and this is the most accepted “iluy nishnas,” setting up a gemach is also surely a great zechus.
I don’t really see however why one should come at the expense of the other.
