Answer:
This is permitted.
Although there is a chance that a Jew will donate on Shabbos, because the majority of people are non-Jews, and the site is not aimed at Jews, you do not have to be concerned for this possibility.
As for receiving money on Shabbos, we have explained elsewhere that because you are not involved in any “work” just having the site open on Shabbos does not constitute a problem (see for instance here).
