Is it permissible for a male to pull out with his hand 1 or 2 white hairs from his head which mainly has black hairs?

No, this is not permitted.

This is one of the cases that the Talmud (Makkos 20b) refers to a involving a prohibition of Lo Tilbash, because it is a feminine practice to dye hair and ensure that no white hairs can be seen (see also Shulchan Aruch Yoreh De’ah 182:6).

However, if a person is doing it out of shame (for instance somebody who whitens very early) or for some reason other than beautification, it is permitted (see Shut Sridei Eish 2:41).

Best wishes.
