When I am at a Hotel and a non-Jew makes coffee or boils water for tea on Shabbat am I allowed to drink it being that a non-Jew boiled it.
Answer:
If the water was boiled with the Jew in mind, or also with the Jew in mind, it is not permitted to derive benefit from the boiled water.
However, if the non-Jew boiled the water without having the Jew in mind at all, it is permitted to derive benefit from the water.
See Shulchan Aruch 307:2; Mishnah Berurah 11; Shulchan Aruch 276:1; 325:4-5.
Best wishes.
