There is a pre-workout powder designed to give athletes more energy. It is almost entirely composed of chemicals, but one of the minor ingredients in the powder is red-wine concentrate. Is there any leniency to consume this powder with water?

Because this is red-wine concentrate, it can be assumed that it imparts taste to the powder – in which case one cannot be lenient.
The reason is that as a flavoring agent, the mixture is prohibited even if the prohibited item is less than one-sixtieth of the mixture.
