Is it possible to repeat a wedding service in full? For example, if the man wanted a small service with his Rebbe but this was a location / environment that the bride’s family could not attend could there be a second service where she can still be walked to the chuppah with her family, circle the groom etc

The first marriage service would be the only one which has halachic significance. Once they are married through that ceremony any additional ceremony would have no halachic bearing. As such the blessings could not be recited again. If for some reason the couple would like to reenact the ceremony a second time without the brachos, and walk down the chuppah, give the ring again etc there would be no problem doing so as long as it is clear to them that the first ceremony is the true halachic marriage.
