Do all wine and vodka or alcoholic products need a kosher certification if not then how would it work what yes can I consume or what not???

There are many different types of beverages. I would advise you to look in R' Blumenkrantz’s Pesach Digest 2017 chapter 36 for an explanation of the various types and their various issues.
