No kippah at work and studying torah

Question:

Hi, my work enviornment is not conducive and I dare go to say non Jewish friendly at all. Environment that I’m in actually has no idea I’m Jewish (Security) reason for that. In saying that I am in a position with other team members of a different faith and we have a lot of down time waiting on people at work. I want to read my artscroll Gemara or meam Loez tanach covertly can I do study with no kippah on. Wearing a baseball hat or the likes is also not an option? Thank you

Saying brachos, tefillos or learning torah must be done with a kippah, however in your situation, you can be lenient and learn without saying the words, (learning by thinking, or with your eyes).
