What is the appropriate method when making a siyum and a seuda.
Does one make the siyum first and then washes or washes then make the siyum?
(Please provide sources for both ways as well).
Whatever way you want to do it is fine. See sefer “Yoma Tava L’rabonon” pg. 107, question 4 from Horav C. Kanievsky shlit”a, who was asked this question and he said that some do it before the meal and some during the meal and you can do whichever way you like. I don’t know what his sources are.
