1 – Can a bnei noach make Beracha(hagafen) from wine with a non-kosher wine?
2 – Can a candidate for Guerim make a kiddush or make a beracha(hagafen) over a non-kosher wine?
Answer:
1- It is only prohibited for a person to make a bracha when the food being eaten is prohibited for him to eat. A ben noach of a person planning to become a ger is still not a Jew and has no prohibition not drink non kosher wine. Therefore they are allowed, but definitely not obligated to make a bracha.
