I am refinancing my house and will be signing a heter iska. Do I need to make sure to sign it before signing any of the other mortgage documents, or as long as it's done at the same meeting it's fine?
Answer:
As long as the contract wasn't given over to the company with a finality, and they are still working on the papers of the agreement it is fine.
