I had a bottle of keifer in the back of my fridge over Pesach. It was wrapped and labeled as sold to a goy. After Pesach I realized that this may be a problem of חמץ של גוי ברשות ישראל באחריות ישראל since it was not put in a place designated for the goy. Is this a problem of חמץ שעבר עליו הפסח?

It is not a problem of “chametz sheavar alav haPesach”, because you didn’t take achrayis for it, and if the goy would come to take it, you would have given it to him.
