Is one able to get hundreds of לבין if he spoke to hundreds of people? I’m a bit confused, because if he can get hundreds of לבין in one act, while someone can speak tons of loshon hora, and still have the same amount of לבין as him.

Correct, it is unfortunately possible to do alot of bad in one act andget the same punishment as another person did a lot of smaller negative acts. Fo example a person that cause one person to sin gets only one aveiro of lifnei iver, while another that did one act which caused 100 people to sin get 100 sins for that one act. On the other hand how much more is it when a person encourages others to improve themself, he gets rewarded for all of them even though it was only one act.
