I am wondering what the halacha would be to rent space for a preschool from a conservative synagogue. They have classroom where they originally had for a Hebrew school that’s not in use. I am aware of R’ Moshe Feinstein tshuvos regarding renting a room for shul. Please let me know your opinion about this. Thank you

If you want to know my opnion, I would say follow what R’ Moshe wrote. Not that he needs my approbation, but he was the posek hador especially for Americans.
