Question:
Can a room that served as a beit knesset in a hotel be used for a mundane purpose, if the Beit Knesset is being transferred to a bigger and better room?
Thanks
Answer:
A room that was used as a Beit Haknesset and was moved by the owner to another place may be used for mundane uses such as a dining room etc. This is because it is as if the owner sold the Shul and bought another one in it’s place.
Best wishes
