Dear Rabonim,
I understand laundering sheets, towels and linens for personal use is usually forbidden. I saw that some permit hotels to do so as they have multiple guests and would need to buy surplus if were not allowed.
We have a studio rental and have multiple guest bookings during Pesach this year. Can we consider ourselves like a hotel as we would need to purchase a large supply otherwise (in relation to our business size), or is this personal usage because we are not a hotel.

In regards to this you are considered like a hotel, and would therefore have the same leniencies as a hotel.
