Is it permitted to shave and clean up just the neck area during sefira?

Thank you for your question.
Shaving the neck area, and all other parts of the body are included in the custom not to take haircuts or shave during sefira. If there is a special need it might be permitted, but as far as the normal halacha, we don’t shave that area.
